When I called you last week regarding the exterior painting of a house I own, one which required lead paint mitigation,  I hoped that you might be able to help.

Your bid was very reasonable. Not only did you take on the job, you explained clearly how you intended to prep the house and seal it, and you gave welcomed advice on exterior maintenance for the future.

In one week you gave the bid;I accepted it; you worked around the weather and had the house primed and painted! You added an extra bit at no charge when you painted the metal railings of both porches.

The results? I am very pleased with the work you did, the price I paid, and the respectful friendly manner you and your personnel extended during the project.
